Radio Rookies: Coming Up in 2011 - WNYC

WNYC’s youth media project, Radio Rookies, brought together a group of young people from Staten Island in New York facing varying degrees of personal challenges to bravely and unsparingly tell their own stories. The result was a series of unflinching self-portraits that examine the lives and realities of young people.
